The company embarked on a journey to revolutionize the temporary staffing industry. They aimed to bridge the digital divide between laborers, agencies, and businesses.
During the initial phase, CJ Technologies developed a minimum viable product (MVP) using a React + Firebase stack, which was then replaced with a more robust and scalable stack consisting of Mongo, React, React Native, and Node
The core of the initiative was a comprehensive application suite, which included:
- A management website
- A website for customers
- A website with a commercial focus
- Applications for the iOS and Android mobile operating systems
- A Node JS-powered backend database
Project Challenges:
- The primary challenge was to digitize and syndicate data seamlessly across the staffing industry.
- With the collection of sensitive data, we had to ensure its secure storage was reliable.
- Workers needed a platform where they could view their shifts and avail of new temporary shifts.

Our team developed a comprehensive suite with features such as time tracking, shift tracking, automatic training, and data view permissions for external sources. The outcome was a system that allowed employees to readily access their schedules and request new shifts.
